The portal https://www.www.wolflamb.us is a website owned by WOLFLAMB, S.L. under the trade name WOLFLAMB, with CIF B-84909019 and registered office at Bailén, 113 Barcelona 08009, Spain. Hereinafter WOLFLAMB.

Ownership and Service Provider

WOLFLAMB’s commercial activity is the wholesale and retail sale of clothing, accessories, and complements.

Scope of Application

As the owner of the portal, WOLFLAMB is responsible for the website and makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all its clients regarding the conditions of use. It also includes the conditions established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which bind the consumer.

By registering on https://www.www.wolflamb.us and by using our website or any other information provided as part of the portal’s services, the user accepts and is bound by these conditions of use.

WOLFLAMB reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on this website, without any obligation to provide advance notice or inform the users, being sufficient to publish it on this WOLFLAMB website.

WOLFLAMB offers its customers products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of the products marketed through this portal, slight differences may exist. Therefore, it is inevitable that the product delivered to the User may differ slightly from the one shown in the photographs included during the purchase process. In no case shall these differences imply delivery of products of lower quality than those displayed on the website. For this reason, the User is informed and acknowledges that the size of the photographs on the Portal does not correspond to the actual size of the products offered. The User therefore expressly accepts these circumstances and differences, which shall not be grounds for termination of the Contract.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Pre-contractual Information

The contract entered into between WOLFLAMB and the user for the purchase of its products shall produce all legal effects once consent and the other requirements necessary for its validity are met, in accordance with current legislation.

The products offered by WOLFLAMB are aimed at final consumers. In compliance with applicable legislation, we inform you that a consumer is any natural person who does not engage in commercial activity and purchases products for personal consumption.

Regular Prices and SALE Prices published on this website:

The prices shown on this portal may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time. Therefore, we inform you in advance that SALE prices may appear on the website under the “SALE” section. These will remain available until stock runs out. The product listings will display both the discounted price and the regular crossed-out price, ensuring accurate and transparent information at all times.

All product prices displayed on this website include VAT. The taxable base plus VAT will be shown in the shopping cart upon checkout, and in the final invoice.

Consumer Information on the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is set forth in Article 68: “The right of withdrawal from a contract is the consumer’s right to terminate the contract by notifying the other party within the established period, without having to justify the decision and without incurring any penalty.”

This means that the user may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract with the retailer within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, without providing any justification.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify their decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by certified mail, or an email). The user may use the withdrawal form template provided in this section.

Mandatory personal details must also be provided. If not included, the right of withdrawal will not be considered valid:

  • Consumer’s personal details

  • Consumer’s address

  • Consumer’s signature

The withdrawal period begins from the day the seller shipped the order, or, failing that, from the moment the seller became aware of the purchase.

Conditions of Withdrawal

  • Products must be in their original packaging with original tags.

  • The customer may try on the product and return it, but it must remain in its original condition, without tears, stains, or signs of use.

  • Products from the same order must be returned together in one shipment; partial returns will not be accepted.

  • The return must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of shipment.

If the product does not comply with the above conditions, the customer will receive an email stating that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

WOLFLAMB may withhold the refund until the merchandise is received at the following address: Calle Grabador Esteve, 25 bajo, CP 46004 Valencia, Spain.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is made with a different transport company than the one contracted by WOLFLAMB, WOLFLAMB shall not be held responsible for any loss of the package. In case of loss, the customer must bear the costs of reimbursement and the lost product.

If upon receiving the package the buyer observes that it is not properly sealed or shows damage, they must record this in writing on the delivery note and notify WOLFLAMB within 24 hours at [email protected].

If no claim is made within 24 hours of delivery, WOLFLAMB will assume the package was received in correct condition, and no claims will be accepted for package damage thereafter.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer’s right of withdrawal is accepted by WOLFLAMB, provided all legal requirements are met, all payments received will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay, and within the legal period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer. No additional fees will be charged for the refund, except for shipping costs, which are borne by the customer.

If the returned product is not in the same condition as received, rendering it unusable, the customer must pay the original price of the product.

Payment Methods

The cardholder is responsible for their own transactions on this website; WOLFLAMB assumes no liability for unauthorized operations carried out by the cardholder.

Payments are processed using third-party services, particularly the following:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

All payments are made through CAIXABANK’s secure virtual POS system. WOLFLAMB will request necessary data from the user to process the payment, in accordance with the available methods.

Once payment is successfully completed, the contract is considered finalized, and WOLFLAMB will confirm the purchase by email, in compliance with Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Online Purchase Procedure

The online purchase process consists of the following steps:

  1. Register in the “My Account” section at https://www.www.wolflamb.us/es/content/mi-cuenta by completing the personal and identification form.

  2. User selects the desired products.

  3. Order confirmation by WOLFLAMB, finalizing the contract under Law 34/2002.

  4. Payment, including all applicable taxes.

  5. Shipment of the purchased products by the seller.

Billing data will be based on the user’s registration details. WOLFLAMB is not responsible for errors made by users in the information provided.

If corrections are required that incur costs, WOLFLAMB reserves the right to charge such costs to the User or cancel the order.
