Shipping policy

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping selected. We have the following types of shipping:

• Standard shipping: 3-6 business days – 6€.
• Express shipping: 24-48h – 10,95€ (Orders placed after 5:00 pm will start counting from the next business day. Payment confirmation will start the delivery service commitment).
• Collect at post office: 3-6 business days – 6€.
• International: 4-7 business days. (Depending on the country).

Delivery times will begin from next 24 business hours of the order. Business days are monday to friday, not bank holidays. Saturdays, sundays or holidays are excluded in delivery times. National, regional and local holidays are respected.

We send you a confirmation email when your order will leave our warehouse.

On sales or promotion times delivery time could be longer than usual.

Wolflamb reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company for which the goods are transported, as long as it does not cause any problems to the customer.

Wolflamb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel at any time during the service.

Shipments to post office boxes will not be accepted.

Only if you have them in stock. For orders wich are not available in stock, the term will be a maximum of 30 days or, if it is longer, we will inform the customer of the new estimated term.
